Administrative Professionals Day
Administrative Professionals Day is always observed on the Wednesday of Administrative Professionals Week, which is always the last full week in April. It is a time to recognize and appreciate secretaries, administrative assistants, and other office professionals for their contributions to the workplace. A company’s administrative staff enables it to flourish and operate oftentimes in the background. Without support staff it would be difficult to meet deadlines and goals. According to the U.S. Department of Labor (2010), more than 4 million secretaries/administrative assistants are part of the U.S. workforce.
As you celebrate Administrative Professionals Day, think of Hallmark for cards and gifts to help you express your appreciation for your support staff.
