Rated 4 out of 5 by A little disappointed with the photo brightness. Although the overall quality of the photo was good, the card came out a little darker than what was shown on the computer and the faces were not clearly visible. The inside and back of the card were satisfactory. December 26, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Paper quality The paper quality is terrible. The cards look very cheap. Neither can you choose glossy finish. The result is poor quality image reproduction and poor quality cards. Very disappointed. Please use better quality paper and make customers happy about your product even if the price would be higher. I am very unhappy about the product. December 25, 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by The new matte paper has issues in reproducing photographs The new matte card stock does not reproduce pictures in an acceptable quality. Looks great on-line when you order, but when received the colors are muted, flat and much darker. Unfortunately there is no option for glossy paper. When we called and described the problem and requested glossy paper we were told none existed. Hallmark had great customer service and issued a refund. We have used Hallmark for years and it is unfortunate that this happened. Hopefully next year the glossy paper will be back. December 10, 2013

Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Christmas Cards The quality of the pictures that Hallmark reproduced on these Christmas is Great! The quality of the card stock is equivalent to buying a Hallmark card at a Hallmark store . The turnaround time from when I placed my order and when I received it was quite quick. The only disappointing thing about the cards is that the fold is off center , very disappointing ! Even so , I will order cards again for next Christmas, and hope they are folded correctly. Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Product - Slow Site I like the hallmark.com products and I send cards often though their website, however I do find the site itself frustrating and slow. There are too many pages to sending out a card and each page takes a long time to load. December 4, 2012
