Easiest wat to send out Christmas cards!
I have used Halmark Cards for four years now to send my Christmas cards! It is very easy to use and the cards are printed and sent out promptly.

Very good service
Have used the Christmas card service for three years now and find it to be a very easy way to do our cards each year. Card selection is good to very good and turnaround is excellent. We plan to continue to use this service in the future!

Frustration, but great presentation
This is the fourth or fifth year I've made my Christmas cards at the hallmark.com website. Last year I discovered all the cards I'd had the site address and mail for me had no return address on them. (I always have one sent to myself to check.)
This year they did have a return address, but I was very disappointed in two things:
1. The size of the envelopes did not fit the size of the square card. Nothing was mentioned about that while designing the card, nor ordering it. The envelopes were long and pasted at the bottom so the card just fit in the unpasted space. I think that looked tacky, and I probably would have chosen another design if I'd known that.
2. The cards were inserted upside down and backwards. Cards and letters should always be inserted in the envelopes so when removed they face up with the front showing. This faux pas was also tacky. My five year old grandchild could have done better.
I do love that Hallmark addresses and mails the cards. That is a huge time-saver. It would be extra nice, though, if they would use holiday stamps for Christmas cards.
I have received many compliments about my card, mostly about the photos in it. Still, it's a given that I will make my card next year on hallmark.com.

Christmas & Holiday Cards Done the Easy Way
I used Hallmark online to create and mail my holiday cards this year. All cards were delivered as requested and the user interface was easy and allowed me to create my cards very quickly using my own photo(s).
I like the option to have the cards addressed and mail directly to recipients as well as the option to have the card(s) mailed to my home address so that I can further personalize and mail if desired. Furthermore the online address book will make it easy to send cards throughout the year as well as next holiday season.
One change I would like to see is the photo changed to reflect my actual card as you progress throughout the steps necessary to create and have your cards mailed. Currently a canned photo is displayed. The canned photo sometimes gave me the feeling the wrong/incorrect card was being mailed.

Hallmark got card, photo, message correct.
Shipping was fast.
Cost, with discount, was inexpensive.
Hallmark photo quality on card was bad, bad. Photo taken with expensive Nikon camera by experienced photographer. If I'd known that photo would be that poor quality, I wouldn't have ordered.
Next time, I'll use Snapfish or Walgreen for photo card.
Anyway, I mailed the cards out....

I thought the picture quality could have been better. The art on the card was nice and the paper was decent quality.

Product/service is OK
I use Hallmark to mail xmas cards and party invitations. It saves time overall but I think there is room for improvement. I always have a xmas card/invitation mailed to myself when I place an order. This year the xmas card arrived with a very faded mailing address and return address. The website is not intuitive. I use a lot of websites and feel frustrated when I use Hallmark because I feel like I really need to search for what I'm looking for. It should be easier to get to my address book. The tabs should be renamed to better represent what is on the tab. Also, there should be a choice to ALWAYS have a return address. I often have to go back to add it. Also the price is high without a coupon.
